  • How does this system work?

    It's very simple. Our system is comprised of a 4x3 matrix system. When you join you can upgrade starting at Level 1. All payments are made member to member. You may receive spillover from your up-line(s) above.

  • What is a member to member payment system?

    A member to member payment system is when you get a referral, the new member will pay you directly to your payment processor of your choice. Basically you will receive 100% of the payment, no admin or middleman holding any funds.

  • Only the people at the top earn the big bucks, right?

    WRONG! In a member forced matrix, the member who joined last, can fill his/her levels through their own advertising efforts a LOT faster than those that are simply waiting for spillover!

  • Why do I have to use a Gmail account?

    Whenever you get a referral notification or an Email notifying you that you have completed a matrix, those notifications are 'server generated' Emails. Gmail is the only service provider that we know, who will deliver 100% of those mails to your inbox, whilst others like Yahoo, Hotmail etc, will not deliver the same!

  • Can I skip level 1 and upgrade to Level 2 or 3?

    No. You cannot skip levels. The low cost System is giving you great things, which makes it easy to build your financial future. That is what the system is doing. It is allowing you to build an investment with no risk and a fantastic return.
    Please note: If you upgrade to the next level before your direct sponsor, your payment will go to the wrong person, meaning your upline misses out on income, please contact your referrer if he/she has NOT upgraded yet to the same level and give them a chance to do so! You can check the current levels of your upline on the Upgrade Account page.

  • What Payment Processors can I use?

    You can use any of the following: Paypal, Bitcoin and Payza to make or accept payments. We have added STP and Payeer as an option, but that can obviously only be used if both parties have a STP/Payeer account.

    As our program requires payment over 3 levels to 3 different people, it is absolutely vital that you should have a processor account with all 3, click the appropriate images now to apply so that you can pay and get paid.

       

    In addition, we offer SolidTrustPay as an option ONLY, obviously both the sender and receiver need to have a STP account in order to process payments.

  • Do I have to sponsor in order to earn?

    No. You don't have to refer people, however, please realize that by relying on spillover only, it may take a very long time to see any financial rewards. With such a low cost to join, anybody should be able to find at least 4 people, we have created some awesome advertising resources for you to help you on your journey.

  • Can I Refer More Than 4 members?

    Yes! You could invite any number of new members and they will be placed in your matrix.

  • Can I have more than one account?

    Yes. You can have a max of 2 accounts. We actually recommend opening a 2nd account once you have completed Phase 1. Important: Your 2nd account MUST have a different username and Gmail account. After all: 2 incomes are better than 1, right?

  • Why has my account been deleted?

    All free accounts are deleted after 3 days to ease the load on our database.
    Any member caught abusing the system, it's staff, our FB admins and/or other members will have their account removed WITHOUT warning! Any member using only 1 processor (falsifying information) will get a 24h notice to add a second processor. Failure to do so will result in the account being removed!
    Account stacking (multiple signups from same IP address, same transaction Id for several accounts) will result in instant removal without warning!
    WARNING: Anybody that opens a dispute without contacting admin first, will have their account deleted with NO warning, all charge backs will be treated the same!

  • Do you give refunds?

    Your membership is NON-REFUNDABLE. All payments are final. We cannot refund money to you that has already been paid out to another members (or your Uplines). We never even handle that money - it is paid directly from you to another member.

  • I have received an email that say I have received a payment. But when I checked my Processor account I didn't find any new transactions. What should I do?

    First of all, check ALL your payment accounts. Sometimes people can make mistakes. Let's say they sent you the money via Payza, but selected "Bitcoin" by mistake when sending their data through our site. However, some members may send a fake transaction ID without making a payment advisedly. In this case you must decline the payment in your member area.

  • I submitted my payment but no one has confirmed yet, what should I do?

    Please allow up to 24 hours for your sponsor or matrix upline to approve payment. If for some reason days pass, please contact admin immediately. Also, we have an auto approve system just in case admin is not reachable. It will take 48 hours after you have submitted your transaction ID for the system to approve you automatically. But we are always around, this shouldn't be a problem. IMPORTANT: You MUST add and submit your processor AND Transaction ID on the Pending payments page, otherwise your upline will NOT get an Email notification to approve your payment.

  • Why does my payment go to admin and NOT my upline?

    Everybody is getting a Main ID when you purchase your 1st position in Level 1, this ID will always stay the same through all Levels. Now, when you upgrade your account, the script is looking for your Direct Sponsor's Main ID, in order to figure out where to place your position and WHO to make the payment to. Please contact your referrer if he/she has NOT upgraded yet to the same level and give them a chance to do so BEFORE you upgrade or otherwise they may miss out on income! You can check the current levels of your upline on the Upgrade Account page

  • I have paid, but have not been confirmed yet. What do I do?

    Please try to communicate with the member you sent the payment to. It is reasonable to allow at least 24 hours for them to confirm you in the system because of different time zones. If you are unable to communicate with the member; please contact us, and we will help resolve the issue for you.

  • Do we have to pay taxes on monies received?

    Please consult your tax professional for laws in your country.

  • Is my personal information protected with your company?

    Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone!
